What you are not charged for
- The bookings you put in yourself — the ones from the phone, the ones from people who walk in.
- Bookings that are cancelled.
- Bookings you mark as a no-show.
What it would cost you
| Business | In a month | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| One-chair barber | 80 bookings, 1 person each | €16 |
| Salon with 3 chairs | 300 bookings, 1 person each | €60 |
| 40-seat restaurant | 250 tables, 3.5 people on average | €175 |
Worked out at €0.20 per person — the same rate for everyone, whatever the volume. The bill follows the trade: a busy month costs more than a quiet one, and in a month when nobody books you pay nothing.
Run the numbers on your own case
The sum here is done by the same code that produces your bill at the end of the month — it is not an estimate written separately.
For a barber or a salon it is 1. A restaurant table is usually 3 or 4 — and the charge is per person, so the number matters.

Open an example booking pageIt is not a commission on new customers
Cardim is not a marketplace. There is no catalogue where people go looking for a restaurant or a salon, so it brings you no new customers and takes no commission for them. It is there to take the bookings of the customers you already have, without you having to answer the phone while you are with someone.
We will work it out with you
The table above is the whole table: €0.20 per person, no tiers and no minimum, the same for a barber on their own and for a full restaurant. Inside Cardim, the This month’s bill screen shows you, booking by booking, how the total was arrived at. If you would like us to run the numbers on your own case before you decide, write to us.
